Do you live in East Toronto? Are you interested in improving the health of your community? If so, we want to hear your voice! East Toronto Health Partners (ETHP) welcomes local residents who want to help us improve the way people find and get care in East Toronto.

These individuals are volunteers who share their experiences as clients, family members/caregivers and community members during long-term and short-term opportunities. Long-term opportunities include advisory groups and committees. Short-term opportunities include workshops, surveys and focus groups.

Their valuable perspectives help our health and social services providers, including family doctors, mental health practitioners, home care providers and supportive housing workers, improve and develop programs and services that support the health of our communities.

We welcome and encourage participation from people of all ages, backgrounds and experiences in East Toronto. If you have used health or social services in East Toronto, you are someone who has valuable experiences to share!
