Our COVID-19 Case Management Program provided comprehensive case management support to people recently diagnosed with COVID-19 at Michael Garron Hospital’s Clinical Assessment Centre and our COVID-19 Outreach Centres. The program aimed to provide assistance to people who have challenges with the required self-isolation and quarantine periods.
