Oakridge Health and Harm Reduction Hub


The Oakridge Health and Harm Reduction Hub offers walk-in services for people who use drugs and other substances.

Our goal is to improve the health and well-being of people who use substances and better connect local residents with health, social and community services they may benefit from.

You do not need a health card, family doctor or medical referral to use the hub’s services.

This is a supportive and inclusive space. Everyone is welcome.

Address

  • Cataraqui Recreation Centre (52 Cataraqui Crescent)

Please note this is the Oakridge Health and Harm Reduction Hub's new address. The hub was previously at a different location.

Hours

  • Monday to Friday, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Please note hours are subject to change.

Our Services

  • Harm reduction supplies (for example, injection, stems, bowls, chasing the dragon, foils)
  • Counselling
  • Peer support
  • Addiction medicine
  • Case management
  • Housing support
  • Referrals to justice case management (for people who are interacting or involved with the justice system)
  • Referrals to substance use crisis team
  • Referrals to other health, social and community services (for example, healthcare, social work, ID clinics)

Please note the hub does not offer emergency services. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 9-1-1 or go to your nearest emergency department.
