Bellwoods is a charitable, not-for-profit organization providing community-based, client-directed support services for the physically disabled; client- and family-centred care; independent living education programs; and accessible, affordable housing. Services are provided to individuals 16 years of age or older with physical support needs, seniors, and those at risk of homelessness.
Pegasus Community Project
Pegasus is a grassroots organization founded in 1994 to address a community need — adults with developmental disabilities who were finishing school had few options for continuing to learn and to adopt adult roles in their community. We are driven by the philosophy that all citizens are entitled to the opportunity to participate in their community.
