St. John provides meals and a wide range of programs to marginalized people in a nurturing community setting. We operate two successful non-profit social enterprises — a bakery and a thrift shop — that provide valuable work experience, training and dignity for workers, many of whom are homeless or on social assistance.

Oakdale Child and Family Service provides long- and short-term care in residential program facilities registered under the Child, Youth and Family Services Act. We support clients with Autism Spectrum disorder, intellectual disability and dual diagnosis. Our emphasis is on evidence-based treatment. We stress the training of functional skills which can be generalized to the home and community settings.
