East Toronto Health Partners (ETHP), the Ontario Health Team (OHT) serving East Toronto is pleased to announce five proposals have been selected as recipients of the latest round of digital health micro-initiative funding.

Totaling $24,000, the funding allows ETHP to support tangible small-scale improvement efforts to enable digital connections across health partners, clients and providers across East Toronto. It also offers members the opportunity to innovate and enhance their digital and operational capabilities.

Launched in late August, two streams of funding were made available in this round of funding. The first stream was for micro-initiatives, with the purpose to support projects that will lead to tangible improvements in digital health access and uptake for our communities and our providers. The second stream was for digital enablement, with the purpose to provide funds for investment in hardware and software to allow the organization to digitize their service delivery.
