Our services are free and open to all residents living in the M4H postal code, with or without a health card. Language and interpretation services are available.

Good Shepherd Non Profit Homes provides permanent supportive housing, congregate living group homes and community-based programs to individuals living with mental health- and substance use-related needs. We help people with a history of or who are at risk of homelessness so they can maintain permanent housing and increase their quality of life.

Elizabeth Fry Toronto works with women and non-binary people to create meaningful change in their lives and help them avoid conflict with the law. We offer gender-based, trauma-informed services, advocate for alternatives to the criminal justice system and raise awareness about systemic oppressions that put women and non-binary people in conflict with the law.
East York Meals on Wheels
East York Meals on Wheels is a not-for-profit community service agency that delivers great tasting, balanced, nutritious meals through the help of dedicated volunteers. In addition, we offer other services to enhance the well-being of our community, such as congregate dining, telephone reassurance calls, foot care and counselling services.
East End Community Health Centre
East End Community Health Centre provides primary care, health promotion and disease prevention services to the southeastern quadrant of central Toronto. We focus on the whole person in our approach and recognize that factors such as income, education, relationships and housing play a key role in physical and mental health.

YWCA Toronto is dedicated to improving the lives of women, girls and gender-diverse people. We help women and girls flee violence, secure housing, find jobs, establish their voices, enhance skills and develop confidence. We offer a range of housing options, employment and training programs, community support programs, girls’ programs and family programs.
SurexCARE
SurexCARE provides community support services and residential long-term care to adults with a developmental disability and dual diagnosis (developmental and behavioural problems). It operates 11 residential homes and offers adult day programming, including recreational activities, educational training, social and life skills development, emotional support and community events.
St. John the Compassionate Mission
St. John provides meals and a wide range of programs to marginalized people in a nurturing community setting. We operate two successful non-profit social enterprises — a bakery and a thrift shop — that provide valuable work experience, training and dignity for workers, many of whom are homeless or on social assistance.
