Margaret’s Housing and Community Support Services is a multi-service agency that provides a continuum of housing options to women living with mental illness and substance use. We also provide innovative community-based support services for individuals experiencing intersectional issues tied to mental health challenges and homelessness.

Homes First

Homes First

Homes First provides homes, shelter and support services to over 1,500 seniors, families and single adults every single night. We own and/or manage 24 properties across the GTA. Our mission is to develop and provide affordable, stable housing and support services to break the cycle of homelessness for the people with the fewest housing options.

Dixon Hall Neighbourhood Services

Dixon Hall

Dixon Hall is a multi-service agency serving around 10,000 people annually, including the most vulnerable and the most at-risk members of our community. We offer more than 60 programs and services, and focus primarily on housing and homelessness, seniors’ services, employment services and supports for young people through general programming and music education.

Aurora House

Aurora House

Aurora House provides shelter, long-term trauma counselling, basic needs and essential support services to those who have been trafficked or otherwise exploited in Canada. We value a holistic approach that promotes healing and hope for the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual needs of each person.

Amélie House

Amélie House

Operated by the Society of Saint Vincent de Paul, Amélie House is a long-term transitional housing facility for women who have experienced difficulty in maintaining adequate permanent housing. We provide safe accommodation, nutritious meals, informal counselling, crisis intervention, referrals, advocacy and basic necessities to the women in our care.

City of Toronto Seniors Services and Long-Term Care

Seniors Services and Long-Term Care is responsible for service planning and strategic integration of City services for seniors. Services provided include community support programs such as adult day programs, supportive housing services, tenancy supports and homemakers and nurses services for vulnerable individuals who reside in the community and 10 directly operated long-term care homes.

CarePartners offers health professionals a great place to work and patients and their families the highest quality home health care. We provide personal support workers, rehabilitation services and nursing care for patients in homes, schools, retirement homes, clinics and workplaces. Our services are available across Ontario in both urban and rural communities.

Bellwoods Centres for Community Living Inc.

Bellwoods Centres for Community Living

Bellwoods is a charitable, not-for-profit organization providing community-based, client-directed support services for the physically disabled; client- and family-centred care; independent living education programs; and accessible, affordable housing. Services are provided to individuals 16 years of age or older with physical support needs, seniors, and those at risk of homelessness.

A-Way Express

A-Way is no ordinary courier company. It was founded in 1987 by people with lived experiences of mental health issues to provide meaningful work for all survivors. We provide opportunities for employment, structure and income, as well as community and support to address isolation.
