Alternatives is a community-based mental health agency that provides one-to-one client case management, supportive counselling and community supports to individuals who have significant mental health challenges. We value the knowledge and strengths of the individuals who use our services and are committed to giving choice and flexibility to the individuals we serve.

Alpha House is an addiction recovery community addressing the needs of self-identified men and non-binary people ages 18 and up. We believe recovery from addiction and mental illnesses must address every aspect of the individual. Our programs address physical, mental, spiritual and social needs, all in an effort to support the individual’s recovery from addiction.
