Cota is an accredited, not-for-profit, community-based organization which supports adults with mental health and cognitive challenges to live well within their communities. We provide person-centred supports that assist individuals to find inspiration and hope in their inherent strengths and support them to pursue meaningful change in their lives, as they define it.
Comprehensive Treatment Clinic
Comprehensive Treatment Clinic is a new type of addictions clinic that offers various treatment options for substance use, including methadone, suboxone, sublocade, probuphine, naltrexone and stimulant replacement. We also offer our patients counselling and therapy, safer using supplies, free meals and a weekly art group.
Margaret’s Housing and Community Support Services
Margaret’s Housing and Community Support Services is a multi-service agency that provides a continuum of housing options to women living with mental illness and substance use. We also provide innovative community-based support services for individuals experiencing intersectional issues tied to mental health challenges and homelessness.

Central Toronto Youth Services is a community-based, accredited children’s mental health centre that serves many of Toronto’s most vulnerable youth. We believe in building the strength and resiliency of young people in ways that are engaging, respectful and empowering.
Alternatives, East York Mental Health Counselling Services Agency
Alternatives is a community-based mental health agency that provides one-to-one client case management, supportive counselling and community supports to individuals who have significant mental health challenges. We value the knowledge and strengths of the individuals who use our services and are committed to giving choice and flexibility to the individuals we serve.
Alpha House Recovery Community
Alpha House is an addiction recovery community addressing the needs of self-identified men and non-binary people ages 18 and up. We believe recovery from addiction and mental illnesses must address every aspect of the individual. Our programs address physical, mental, spiritual and social needs, all in an effort to support the individual’s recovery from addiction.
