Sound Times provides mental health and addiction services. We are operated by people who have experiential knowledge of those systems. Our services include case management, diversion and court support, release planning and prevention. Trafalgar offers virtual intensive outpatient and residential addiction and mental health treatment. We offer CARF-accredited individualized programs to help clients understand and overcome their substance and behavioural addiction by focusing on concurrent mental health disorders. These include individual, group and family therapy; aftercare; and relapse prevention.

Massey Centre is a client-centered infant and early childhood mental health organization that supports pregnant and parenting adolescents ages 13 to 25 and their babies who reside at the Centre or in the community. We also provide support to families in the community with children up to six years old.
